#HipHopWeds Provides San Diego with Quality Hip Hop, Every Wednesday at AC Lounge

Kahlee, San Diego transplant by way of Gardena, California, has paid dues in the hip hop scene in America’s Finest City for the past decade plus, earning him the respect and footing to begin creating platforms to showcase what our city has to offer. #HipHopWeds‘ flagship event at Normal Heights’ Air Conditioned Lounge, Hip Hop House SD (an extension of a pillar in Arizona’s hip hop scene), opened the door for the now weekly rotation of hip hop on Wednesday nights. Each week of the month offers something a little different, but each night is guaranteed to provide those in attendance with perfectly curated hip hop to carry them through hump day.

First Wednesdays:
ESCAPISM: Residents, Norm Rocwell and Freddie Joachim, will be spinning soulful, jazzy hip hop.

Second Wednesdays:
FAR OUT: Resident DJ, Tramlife aka Lecha Lech and special guests take listeners #FarOut.

Third Wednesdays:
THE HIP HOP HOUSE: Residents Kahlee, DJ Eyeball and Karlo host a host of San Diego’s best emcees and producers, showcasing some of Southern California’s most promising acts.

Some Fourth Wednesdays:
ROTATING: This month, celebrate the holidays with Norm Rocwell and Tramlife, for Prayer Hands.

Last Wednesdays:
DE LA FLOW (Hip Hop en Espanol): Resident multi-lingual emcee, SD’s own Karlo, will be hosting San Diego’s only home for the Spanish-rap community.

Hip Hop Weds has showcased some of SD’s most respected DJ’s, emcees, and producers and continues to put together lineups that make heavy-eyelided Thursdays more than worth it. Tonight, November 15th, the AC Lounge will be packed with those eager to hear DJ JabaOne, Real J Wallace and DNYKAY, Miki Vale, Tall Can, Tec, Innate, LEON the GOD, and Quality A. Come on out and feel at home with other hip hop heads at HipHopWeds’, The Hip Hop House.

Peace, Love & Hip Hop,
